a group have attended, some may be organised by ourselves or others
may be events or shows that we have attended, just follow the

Sunday
20th April '08... Southampton MAG Bike Show, the Cricketers, Eastleigh.
The sun came out to shine on all the customs, trikes, streetfighters
& ratbikes that make this such a diverse and well attended show.
Well done Geoff and the boys.
Saturday 12th April....Ride Out To Basingstoke Hospital
to present the cheque to The BASING UNIT, for the money raised with
Wolfies haircut. We were joined by members from Medway MAG in Kent and
after a pleasant wet rideout via Kingsclere & Tadley we met the
nurses at the hospital to hand over a cheque for £1300.00
29th Mar '08: Easter Egg Run & Party, report in this weeks

21st Mar '08... Good Friday.. We joined up with the Thames Vale Vultures
for their Easter Egg Run for the Variety Club through Reading. It was a
well marshalled event and all went smoothly, there was local supprt from
supermarkets and Reading 107 radio. Over 150 bikes did the ride and over
3000 eggs were donated, a fantastic result.
PS...Don't Forget our own Egg Run & Party on 29th March
7th Mar '08... MAG Basingstoke AGM, A good turn out for Annual committee
re-election night. Big thanks for all the efforts of members & committee
for the past year. The new committee
now take over with Phil & Colin looking after publicity and Al as
Dealer Liaison Rep, Wolfie stays on as Products Rep. We have a new
Treasurer and Political Rep with Alix & TC as Social Reps. We are
hoping to sort out our Dep Rep soon. Happy New MAG Year:-)
27th Feb '08... Charity Fund Raiser in aid of The Basing Unit. Wolfie
volunteered to get his head shaved to support the local cancer unit.
There was a fantastic turn out and everyone was very generous with the
donations, including Wolfie who also donated his beard to raise even
more.
16th Feb '08... Thames Valley Fred Hill Run from Chieveley Services M4
up the A34 to Peartree Services then into Oxford town centre. Stopping
off at Fox's Diner for a bite to eat on the way home.
10th Feb '08....Fred Hill Run from Ace Cafe to HMP Pentonville in memoriam
of the 24th anniversary of the death of Fred
16th Dec '07... Christmas Toy Run & Party, we had a cold but dry run
to the Crossways Kids Home, where we were welcomed with hot drinks and
mince pies, sandwiches and cake. I'll get some photos up soon. The
evening party went well and we presented a cheque to the Air Ambulance.
